Why Is the ong69 VIP Program Different From Other Platforms?
Most online gaming platforms have a VIP program — but honestly, many feel like VIP in name only. A little cashback here, a small bonus there, but the overall treatment isn't much different from a regular member. ong69 took a different approach from day one when this VIP program launched.
The most noticeable difference is in personal treatment. Once you reach Gold level, you get a direct line to a VIP account manager who will know your name, know your favourite games, and know your playing patterns. This isn't just standard customer service — it's treatment that more closely resembles the relationship between a casino host and their VIP guest.
Transparent and Easy-to-Understand VIP Points System
Many players are wary of loyalty programs that use complicated, hard-to-understand points systems. At ong69, the system is straightforward: every RM 1 you wager earns you 1 VIP Point. No hidden formulas, no different multipliers that are hard to calculate.
However, there are points multiplier bonuses for certain game types. For example, Fish Shooting Games award 1.5x VIP Points, while Live Casino games award 2x VIP Points. This is ong69's initiative to reward players who enjoy a variety of game types on the platform.
Maintain Your VIP Status
Once you reach a VIP level, you have a 3-month period to maintain that level. The retention requirement is 50% of the original upgrade requirement. So if you needed 2,000 points to reach Gold, you only need 1,000 points within each 3-month period to stay at Gold.
If your activity decreases and your points fall below the maintenance threshold, you will be moved down only one tier — not all the way to the bottom. This gives players reasonable room for flexibility in daily life.
VIP Withdrawals — A Class Apart in Speed
For many players, withdrawal wait times are one of the most frustrating parts of online gaming. ong69 understands this, which is why priority withdrawals are one of the key benefits highlighted in the VIP program.
Diamond members enjoy withdrawals processed almost instantly — typically in under 5 minutes. Platinum members receive their withdrawals within 15 minutes, while Gold members within 30 minutes. This is a level of service rarely found on other platforms in Malaysia.
Ong69 VIP Birthday Bonus — More Than Just Credits
Many platforms claim to offer a "birthday bonus" but what they actually give is just RM 10 in free credits or free spins. At ong69, the VIP birthday bonus is designed to truly surprise and delight you.
Silver and Bronze tiers receive gaming credits worth between RM 50 and RM 100. Gold tier receives RM 200 in credits plus a choice of digital gift. Platinum tier receives a physical gift package plus RM 500 in credits. Diamond members get a direct call from a senior VIP manager to discuss the rewards they want — truly personal and tailored just for them.
How to Redeem Your VIP Points
Accumulated VIP points aren't just numbers on paper — they can be redeemed for a variety of rewards in the ong69 rewards catalog. Redemption options include game credits, deposit bonuses, additional cashback bonuses, and for high-tier VIP members, physical gifts such as electronics, premium accessories, and luxury experiences.
The rewards catalog is updated every month, and VIP members will be notified via in-app notifications whenever new rewards are added. This keeps the VIP program fresh with something exciting to look forward to each month.
VIP Diamond Note: The Diamond tier is an exclusive invitation-only level granted to selected members based on their overall activity and loyalty assessment. For more information on Diamond eligibility, please contact your VIP manager after reaching Platinum tier.
